Qualifications
- 7+ years in tech project management with 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP/CSM certification or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proven success in complex SaaS/cloud deployments
- Advanced data-driven decision-making skills
