Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to optimize weekend operational workflows
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for weekend performance tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system issues during weekend operations
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership using compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or remote work preference
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA artifacts (process flows, wireframes, requirements docs)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
