- Develop test cases and validate system changes for weekend workflows
- Generate weekend-focused reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement weekend system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in weekend/shift roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in weekend environments
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
