Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Document workflows and create comprehensive business documentation
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and reports
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and business process modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
