Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analyses between current processes and desired business outcomes to recommend improvements.
- Design detailed process flows, user stories, and use cases to support Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure alignment.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and document requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and business process diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a weekend or shift-based role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements using standard frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
