Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Supervise a team of 5-10 operational staff, conducting weekly briefings and providing hands-on coaching to ensure peak performance.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in weekend workflows and implement strategic solutions to improve operational speed and accuracy.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary escalation point for weekend client inquiries, ensuring all issues are resolved within SLA guidelines with a premium touch.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory, equipment, and staffing levels to guarantee that all weekend operations are fully resourced and compliant with corporate policies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed weekly operational reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Crisis Management: Execute emergency protocols and problem-solving strategies to mitigate any weekend disruptions or operational risks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations, logistics, or a related field with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday) and be willing to cover occasional holidays.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading diverse teams, managing conflict, and driving employee engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or CRM software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
