Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer inquiries, orders, and transactions efficiently during weekend hours.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them appropriately to management.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization for weekend operations.
- Ensure all operational procedures and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a corporate or customer service environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
