Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, logistics, and administrative functions on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and project continuity during off-peak hours.
- Manage vendor relations, oversee on-site facility services, and conduct regular facility inspections.
- Monitor security protocols, safety compliance standards, and emergency procedures.
- Process incoming communications, manage correspondence, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support special corporate events and weekend project launches.
- Maintain office inventory and supply levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate operations, administrative support, or facility management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and solve problems efficiently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
