Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend corporate operations including IT support, facilities management, and vendor coordination
- Act as primary escalation point for weekend operational issues and implement timely resolutions
- Coordinate with on-call departments (IT, Security, HR) to address urgent business needs
- Generate daily operational reports and submit handover documentation to weekday teams
- Manage weekend scheduling for support staff and ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor system performance and initiate preventive maintenance protocols
- Facilitate weekend staff meetings and communicate critical updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate operations or project coordination experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and incident management protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (for occasional facility visits)
