Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the weekend operations team to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee all corporate administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure continuity of operations and resolve urgent issues.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance protocols across the office environment.
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and vendor relationships during off-hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and internal support tickets with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations, office management, or logistics.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with NYC corporate regulations and local business standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
