Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations for corporate banking and financial services
- Manage a team of 5-7 specialists in transaction processing and client support
- Implement and maintain compliance protocols for weekend transactions
- Coordinate with weekday teams for operational handoffs and issue resolution
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Act as primary escalation point for urgent client and operational matters
- Conduct weekly team briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations Management
- 5+ years experience in financial services operations management
- Proven leadership experience in weekend or shift-based environments
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, EFTA)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and financial management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (occasional offsite client visits)
