Responsibilities

Oversee daily corporate operations and logistics during weekend shifts.

Manage and process incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries.

Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all weekend activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Monitor inventory levels and prepare weekly reports.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate operations or administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
