As a Weekend Project Manager, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding expectations. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) during weekend shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) across time zones
- Manage project documentation including roadmaps, risk registers, and change requests
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Lead project kickoff meetings and scope definition sessions
- Implement continuous improvement processes for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience with weekend or shift-based work
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven experience managing IT/software development projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, weekend-focused environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
