- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality deliverables
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations through weekend sprints
- Optimize workflows using JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills for remote and weekend stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Detroit metro area residency required for weekend shift logistics
