Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend sprints
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ members) through weekend development cycles and critical deployments
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for weekend operational windows
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across global time zones during weekend handovers
- Optimize weekend resource allocation and capacity planning
- Drive weekend retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage weekend-specific budget allocations and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend/shift work exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level technology projects
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for weekend team dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps pipelines for weekend deployments
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
