Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure domains
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive dashboards highlighting project health metrics
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Stakeholder communication with executive leadership and external partners
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Atlassian tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex tech projects on deadline
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and project budgeting tools
