Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to closure, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate weekend resources across engineering, design, and QA teams to maintain momentum
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile methodologies
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend team productivity
- Facilitate weekend sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Generate comprehensive status reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend/shift work
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across time zones
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in IT/software development environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
