Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and closure for weekend-based initiatives
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure timely delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekly status reports and sprint reviews
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative weekend work environment
- Implement Agile methodologies and PM best practices to optimize weekend productivity
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification required)
- 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Proven track record delivering projects in weekend/shift-based environments
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and contingency planning
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
