Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project execution for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) across weekend sprints
- Monitor project KPIs and provide real-time stakeholder updates
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) on weekends
- Manage risk mitigation and change requests during weekend operations
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Document project artifacts and maintain weekend-specific workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record delivering complex IT projects on schedule
- Exceptional communication skills for weekend stakeholder coordination
- Experience with remote team management across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
