Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate resources across development, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Deliver weekly status reports to executive stakeholders
- Optimize project tracking using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend/night shift exposure
- Active PMP or CSM certification
- Expertise in fintech or SaaS project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Atlassian tools
- Proven ability to lead remote/hybrid teams across time zones
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing budgets over $1M
