Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor weekend project deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) across time zones
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Implement process improvements and maintain project documentation
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team productivity during off-hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend or off-hour scheduling
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Microsoft Project, and Asana
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team coordination across multiple time zones
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
