Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for weekend-based initiatives
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using Agile methodologies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives during weekend work cycles
- Document project progress, requirements, and change requests using JIRA and Confluence
- Lead cross-functional workshops and decision-making sessions during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend or shift-based work
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and data visualization tools
