Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive '2026 AI Readiness' roadmap across all enterprise departments.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including next-gen LLMs, agentic workflows, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align 2026 technology initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and integration specialists.
- Establish scalable governance frameworks to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI deployment.
- Conduct quarterly technology forecasting to keep the organization ahead of industry trends.
- Drive change management initiatives to foster an AI-first culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or AI integration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, future-facing technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of modern AI/ML ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and data governance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with an agile, adaptable mindset.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
