- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to align future vision with current capabilities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level decision making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future scenarios to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations from trend identification
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience in tech or consulting with exposure to exponential technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Strategy preferred
