Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end management of project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to final closure.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically plan and allocate resources to ensure team efficiency and meet critical deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and changes.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and adapt processes to maximize team velocity.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT or technology sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
