Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets exceeding $5M
- Implement agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) for maximum efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and industry regulations
- Stakeholder communication and executive reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CAPM certification required
- Proven success managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with federal contracting processes (FAR/FAR)
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
