Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver complex software projects on aggressive timelines
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across executive, client, and technical teams
- Monitor project KPIs using JIRA, MS Project, and Asana to ensure milestone achievement
- Manage $2M+ budgets while maintaining P&L accountability

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects with Agile/Scrum certification
