Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Resource allocation and team leadership for 5-8 member cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Risk mitigation and change management implementation
- Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA/Confluence proficiency
- Budget tracking and cost optimization
- Process improvement initiatives for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects
- Experience with SDLC and Agile frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, JIRA)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
