Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological adoption and market disruption
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service models
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market trends 3-5 years ahead
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic foresight publications
