Responsibilities
- Assist in Project Planning: Support senior PMs in creating project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Track Milestones: Monitor project progress against milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication across departments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, risk logs, and status updates.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and lead daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to keep projects on track.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior project management experience required; we value potential and attitude.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
