- Document Control: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Schedule Management: Organize and manage internal calendars, ensuring meetings and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Resource Allocation: Help identify and assign resources to tasks based on team capacity and project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience).

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
