Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify, document, and analyze business needs and functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories to ensure clear understanding among development teams and business units.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions and support project planning.
- Project Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure deliverables align with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational productivity.
- Testing Support: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test plans and scenarios based on business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with experience working in Agile environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certification: PMP, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tools: Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is required.
