Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance to ensure project alignment.
- Design and facilitate requirements gathering sessions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or scope creep, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Act as the subject matter expert on business logic and system functionality during the testing and UAT phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a strong plus.
