- Gather and document detailed requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholder reporting
- Lead requirements validation sessions with clients and technical teams
- Document workflows using Visio, Lucidchart, and other visualization tools
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with process documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement projects
