Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and manage product backlogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate or consulting environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (process maps, BRDs, wireframes)
