Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and wireframes for fintech applications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and performance metrics
- Create detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional stakeholders
- Validate solutions against business objectives through testing protocols
- Document all deliverables in Confluence and JIRA systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Analysis (IIBA-CCA) preferred
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in UML/SWAGGER
- Strong background in API integration and microservices architecture
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile development cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
