Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT testing
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or retail
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement projects
