Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate workshops to document business processes and define KPIs
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in energy/finance sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
