Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to business language
- Validate solutions against business objectives and quality standards
- Support UAT and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
