Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in agile environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycles
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
