Responsibilities

- Develop data models and visualizations to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirement gathering
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Government contracting experience preferred
