Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in contract or consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with process modeling (BPMN/SWIM lanes)
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in logistics or healthcare industries preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
