Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define project scope and success criteria.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams (UML/Flowcharts).
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and documentation standards.
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks and mitigating them.
