Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed business process maps, user stories, wireframes, and functional requirements documents (FRDs).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between IT developers, QA teams, and business units to ensure clear communication.
- Testing & QA: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the implementation of new systems or features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 40 hours/week).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
