Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, document detailed requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions and process improvements.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical developers, ensuring clear communication.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Test Plans.
- Agile Support: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting issues and delivering creative solutions.
