In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive process analysis and gap analysis to recommend improvements.
- Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and system documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
