Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications for developers.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and requirement documentation.

Qualifications
