Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Support the execution of QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or related role (internships included).
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic reporting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
