Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and use cases.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business processes and data flows to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and process flow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement new solutions and optimize existing workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new systems and applications to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus.
