Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and document functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to generate insights that drive decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
